Bard Commercial Properties, Inc. was formed in 1998 by David J. Bard, President and Licensed Broker of Bard Commercial Properties, Inc. David studied business administration at Florida State University and the University of Alabama in Birmingham and has over 21 years experience in the commercial real estate industry. His expertise runs the gamut from industrial, retail, office, restaurants and shopping center developments, to name a few. David has expertise in site work, land acquisitions, development and investing. He has done business with such national tenants as Publix Supermarkets, Wendy’s International, Inc., Schlotzsky’s Deli’s, Churches Chicken, and Liberty Mutual Insurance as well as numerous franchise groups and local companies. Bard Commercial Properties, Inc. has been the exclusive Broker to Blue Way Real Estate Developers from the inception of its various counterparts to the consolidation into Blue Way Real Estate Developers.

Having grown up in a family of various construction businesses in Chicago, Michelle took that knowledge to Florida and began a career in residential real estate and mortgages. Working for builders and developers in sales management, marketing, and consulting for over 12 years, Michelle joined Bard Commercial Properties, Inc. in 2007 and has quickly learned the many facets of the commercial real estate industry. Specializing in sales and leasing of retail and office space as well as site search and selection, she is also the Marketing Manager for the office.
Michelle is a Licensed Florida Real Estate Salesperson as well as a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
